Access Keys
Access keys have been incorporated to provide ease of navigation using the keyboard. The following top level access keys have been added:
Windows users should press the "Alt" key together with the relevant number or letter, then "Enter". Macintosh users should press the "Ctrl" key together with the relevant number or letter, then "Enter".

Browser Customization
Each browser allows users to customize the colour and text sizes of a web site to be more suitable to their personal need. For instructions on how to update and customize Internet Explorer, Netscape or Firefox please see the links below:

We have taken care not to present any information in any format that is not standard across the web. Where possible plug-in resources on this site have been provided in PDF format. To view these resources you will require Adobe Acrobat Reader which can be downloaded from the Adobe website for free.
Plug ins
The majority of Case Studies have been incorporated in PDF format. In order to view PDFs you will need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can do this for free from the Adobe Website.
Video clips have been created in a variety of formats which can be viewed in Windows Media Player, Real Player or Quicktime. The video clips have been created to accommodate different connection speed. Transcripts and Subtitles also accompany all video materials.
